Game Changer!!!

I had been debating buying a water fountain for my two cats for quite some time. I’ve read reviews about slimy plastic and mold growth so I was afraid I was just paying for grossness. I read that stainless steel is better for the kitties and that it’s easier to keep clean. I decided to buy the stainless steel water fountain and extra filters. I have been cleaning it once a week and I change the filters every 2 weeks. I think I could stretch the filters longer but I’d rather play it safe. I haven’t noticed any slime or mold. I think if you stay on top of cleaning there shouldn’t be any problems. Customer service sent an email with links to videos that show you how to properly clean the pump and replace the filters. If you follow that, I think you should be all set. The fountain has been in use for over a month and I’ve had no issues. My cats took to it instantly. Before I was even done setting it up they were already checking it out. I’ve noticed that they’re drinking more water now. They love it so much sometimes they just sit there and watch it! This is definitely worth the money and I’m so happy with my purchase!

Question: Is this dishwasher safe? Answer: Yes, it does but we do not recommend removing the filter.

Question: What is the benifist of stainless steel cat water fountain compared to plastic water fountain? Answer: Stainless steel wont degrade over time with the constant water flow or will it get moldy as quick as a plastic oneor discolored from sunlight or just being in the air. The Stainless steel ones look nicer as well.

Question: Is it adjustable for water flow? Answer: Yes, very convenient! The water valve on the lid can adjust the water flow.

Question: Does the water run continuously or does it automatically shut off after a while? Answer: The water continuously runs. You have to unplug it to turn it off. But it is really quiet. You can’t even tell it’s on.

Question: Is this 304 stainless steel? Answer: Yes it is high quality 304 stainless steel and dishwasher safe.

Question: Is this suitable for dogs, bunny ? Answer: For a single small or medium dog and bunny , it would be great.

Question: Is the water very noisy? Is the pump also noisy? Answer: Not at all. The pump is not noisy at all and the flow of water is very gentle so it does not make any splashing noise whatsever.

Question: Are there any sharp edges? Answer: No, there are no sharp edges, it's safe for pets.

Question: Am I required to use the filter if I already have pure water that will be used in the water fountain ? Answer: One of the reasons you need the filter is because your pet will be drinking from it and the water is recycled through the filter to keep the water clear of debris such as pet fur and pet saliva too.

Question: How long does the water last? Answer: It depends on how much your pet drinks.
