    • Notes for feeder
    1. Use alkaline D batteries as an emergency plan, do not use rechargeable batteries for feeder. 2. The feeder supports microSD card capacity 16-256GB, speed Class10 or above. 3. The feeder is suitable for dry food ONLY, with kibble size ranging from 2-15mm / 0.07-0.6 inch in diameter. 4. To avoid sudden power outage and the feeding of your pet is affected, do not use the batteries as the only source to power the feeder, the batteries can only be used as an emergency plan. When feeder is powered only by batteries, the WiFi function, camera function, record button and reset button would be disabled to extend the working time, the meal schedules will be carried out normally. 5. The PETLIBRO LITE app provides a secure cloud storage service where you can store the videos captured by the Granary camera feeder. This service ensures that your videos are stored securely and can be accessed whenever you need them. Additionally, the app utilizes advanced AI algorithms to recognize pets in the videos, making it convenient for you to find and download specific pet videos.  6. The portion setting is split between both bowls, with the distribution depending on how you adjust the meal splitter.
    Notes for fountain
    1. Replace the filter and the foam filter, clean the pump and fountain once every 2 weeks. 2. Only the stainless steel part and the non-detachable part connected with it can be put into the dishwasher for cleaning. 3. The fountain has a built-in rechargeable battery, please pay attention to notices listed on the user manual. 4. First-time use requires full charging. For immediate use, connect the power cord to charge the fountain while in operation. 5. Add water before starting the machine to extend the life of pump. 6. Not recommended for kittens under 3 months old or large dogs. 7. This model do not support WiFi control.
