If your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder keeps dispensing food, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve the issue:

1. Press and hold the Setting Button and Confirm/OK Button at the same time for 3 seconds until the feeder makes a short beep, indicating a factory reset.

2. Remove the batteries and unplug the feeder to completely power it off for one day.

3. Restart the feeder and ensure it is powered by the original power charger.

4. To test the dispensing function, press the ‘Down’ button twice to manually feed one portion and check if the issue persists.
