1. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes, and then plug in the feeder using the original charger.
2. Reset the feeder: Hold the reset button next to the power port for 3 seconds, and reconnect it to the app.
3. Check the fans and refrigeration area: Check if the fans inside the cooling vents work properly. Wait for about 4 hours, then open the top lid and touch the food bowl and refrigeration area of the feeder to see if they are cool.

4. Factory reset the feeder: If the issue occurs again, factory reset the feeder on the app, then force-stop the app from working on your phone and re-enter the app to determine the results.
