In case the Polar Wet Food Feeder doesn't refrigerate the food as effectively as it used to, please follow the instructions below to troubleshoot:
1. Ensure that there are no obstructions surrounding the cooling vents.
2. Thoroughly clean the cooling vents on both sides of the feeder.
3. Refrain from positioning the feeders in direct sunlight.
4. Disconnect power: Disconnect the feeder from all power sources, including batteries for more than 5 minutes, and then plug in the feeder using the original charger.
5. Reset the feeder: Hold the reset button next to the power port for 3 seconds, and reconnect it to the app.
6. Check the fans and refrigeration area: Check if the fans inside the cooling vents work properly. Wait for about 4 hours, then open the top lid and touch the food bowl and refrigeration area of the feeder to see if they are cool.
