The blue light on your Easy Feed Automatic Feeder serves as an indicator to show that the device is powered on. If the blue light is not illuminating but the feeder is still functioning properly (dispensing food at the correct times), it is generally not a cause for concern.

 

Possible Reasons for the Blue Light Not Illuminating:

1. Unstable Power Supply: An unstable or intermittent power supply may prevent the blue light from illuminating, even if the feeder is working normally.
2. Power Cord or Adapter Issues: Sometimes, the power cord or adapter may not be securely connected or could be malfunctioning.

 

What You Can Do:

1. Power Off the Feeder: Remove the batteries and unplug the feeder. Let it power off for one day.
2. Restart the Feeder: The next day, plug the feeder back in and ensure that the power charger (adapter and cord) is securely connected.
3. Check for Stable Power Supply: Confirm that the feeder is receiving a stable power supply. If needed, try replacing the power cord and adapter.

If the issue persists, please note that the blue light is not essential for the feeder's functionality. As long as the feeder is dispensing food correctly, the absence of the blue light does not affect its operation.
