No. Although the built-in bowl scales have gram-level accuracy, the actual dispensing mechanism is inside the hopper and distributes by approximate portion size (1/12 cup increments). The built-in weighing function monitors the amount of food in the bowl at any given time and can therefore determine how much was added, how much was eaten, and how much remains.
No. The feeder does not support SD card storage. Users can view a live video feed at any time, but video can only be stored using cloud storage, which requires a subscription.
Yes. We recommend calibrating the scale each time the feeder is disassembled and reassembled. The scale supports a maximum load of 7.5 kg, helping ensure accurate food tracking and gram-level consumption insights.
