A: The Video Cloud app currently supports the Granary Smart Camera Feeder device only.
Q: Do I need a Video Cloud subscription to use my Petlibro device?
A: No subscription is needed to use your Petlibro smart feeder or fountain. Even without a subscription, you can perform all essential feeding, watering, and device operations.
Q: How do I choose the right subscription plan, and what's the difference?
A: Video Cloud Standard gives you 7 days of cloud storage, while Video Cloud Premium offers 30 days. Choose your plan based on how long you want your videos to be stored.
Q: Where are my videos, images, and data stored? Are they secure?
A: Your pet’s videos, images, and related data are securely stored on cloud services provided by our professional partners. All data is encrypted during transmission and storage, and only you or authorized accounts can access it. We do not use your data for any purposes without your consent.
Q: How do I cancel my Video Cloud subscription?
A: If you've had your subscription for 7 days or less and no longer want the service, you can cancel for a full refund. If you subscribed through the Petlibro app, you can cancel your subscription in the Apple App Store or Google Play under your order history. If you purchased through the Petlibro website, please contact customer support for assistance with a refund.

If you've had your subscription for 8 to 30 days, a full refund is available for product quality issues. Please contact Petlibro customer support for assistance with a refund.

For non-quality issues after 30 days, subscription refunds will be calculated based on the unused portion of your subscription. Refund policies vary by purchase channel. Please check the applicable policy based on where your purchase was made.
