Q: How many pets can this Smart RFID Dining Kit track hydration for?
A: The Smart RFID Dining Kit can track hydration for up to 5 pets. We provide 4 collar tags with each kit. If you need more collar tags, they will need to purchase them separately.
Q: Can the RFID collar tag be used for different devices?
A: Yes, the same collar tag can be used with both the One RFID Smart Feeder and the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain.
Q: Can the Smart RFID Dining Kit read microchips or be used with other RFID tags?
A: The RFID readers from the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain and One RFID Smart Feeder only work with the Petlibro RFID collar tag, not microchips or tags from other brands.
Q: What's the best way to place multiple RFID devices?
A: With each Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain placed at least 8 inches apart from one another. Moreover, any Dockstream RFID Smart Fountains should also be positioned at least 8 inches away from any One RFID Smart Feeders for optimal performance.
Q: Can this Smart RFID Dining Kit connect to 5G networks?
A: The One RFID Smart Feeder can connect to 5G networks. However, the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain currently only supports 2.4G connections.
Q: Will drinking data still be recorded if the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain is disconnected from the network but continues to dispense water normally? Can the One RFID Smart Feeder release food as usual if it is disconnected from the network?
A: No, the app will not be able to receive data from the Dockstream RFID Smart Fountain when the network is disconnected. The One RFID Smart Feeder will still be able to release food and open the food bowl lid as long as the feeder is still powered, even if the network is disconnected.
Notes

1. The filters must be replaced every 2 weeks.

2. The pump and fountain should be cleaned every 2 weeks.

3. To extend the life of pump, please add water before starting the machine.

4. Do not immerse the base in water at any time as it may damage electronic components.
